Rules and Policies

It is our intention to provide a clean, quiet campground for all guests to have a pleasant stay.  We reserve the right to evict anyone (without refund) who refuses to extend these common courtesies to others.

• Check out   11 AM

• No more than 2 pets per unit. No pit bull or aggressive breeds are allowed. Pets must be kept on a leash while walking, or in a dog kennel.  You are responsible for picking up after your pets.

• Quiet time:   9 PM to 8 AM.  Loud music is not allowed any time. (We have day sleepers.)

• No hunting or discharge of firearms is allowed at any time.

• Drunken/disorderly conduct by tenants or guests will not be tolerated.

• Maximum of 2 vehicles per site.  Park on gravel/designated site. If additional parking is needed, please arrange with us in advance.

• Late payment fee is $10 each day the rent is late.

• Recreational vehicle must be under 10 years old (unless cleared in advance).  RV must be kept clean and in good repair.  No window air condition units allowed.

• No sewer/water leaks permitted.

• The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the RV Site or any where on the property is prohibited.
